Lucas May was established in 2015 by Catherine Gypps, and is situated in Knebworth village, Hertfordshire.

Catherine wanted to create a business centred around her passion for floral design and her family, which is how the name 'Lucas May' was created- by using the middle names of her two children Joseph & Gracie, Lucas May was born.

Catherine's vision for Lucas May was to create a traditional village florist, offering exceptional floral designs and unique homeware & gifts.   Catherine has a belief that nature not only has a place within our lives, but can help with balance and mindfulness. 

With harmony in mind, Lucas May bring colour and beautiful design to your home.

We also now are a Coffee shop in the heart of Knebworth village Hertfordshire.

We offer fresh ground coffee, tea, herbals, hot chocolate, chai latte, turmeric latte

We also have a range of cakes, cookies including Gluten free and Vegan cakes

Our milkshakes are made with freshly made ice cream (on our premises)with a full range of toppings from our Milkshake Bar.

Our Gelato is available in 14 different flavours with various size cones, waffle baskets and tubs all with extra toppings if you like !

All of our produce is locally sourced, we also have seating inside our Florist and outside with cover.
